Can I stop by and look at products?
No, sorry. We are strictly an online reseller.
Do you keep my credit card information after my purchase?
No. We actually never see your credit card information. All your information is processed through our card processor company. They collect the information in a secure server and then finalize the order. We then ship it.
How do I know if the product I want is in stock?
Generally, if you can see the item, it’s in stock. If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately to advise on delivery.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene standards we are unable to offer refunds on Earplugs, Masks or travel pillows.
At Sleep Buddy, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Sleep Buddy within 30 days of receipt of item(s). please email us at sales@sleepbuddy.com.au for a RMA form - complete the RMA and return to us via email or post. We will contact you with return details. Once we have received the item we will refund your purchase less a AUD$20 restocking fee. Restocking fee is $30 for New Zealand customers.
Do your items come with a warranty?
Yes. Our products carry manufacturer’s warranties. Generally the warranty is one year on most products.
