Payment
All prices quoted on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Sleep Buddy uses eWAY (www.eway.com.au) to process all credit card transaction. No credit card details are stored on our site. eWAY is tier one PCI DSS compliant. Sleep Buddy is one of many online retailers that use eWAY including Qantas, Canon, Setanta Sports, McDonald’s and 3M
Purchases can be made using the following methods of payment on-line through the Sleep Buddy’s secure check out page:

- MasterCard
We also accept direct deposit to our bank account via your internet banking, by ATM or over the bank counter. Please click here for direct deposit details. Once payment has been received by Sleep Buddy, your order will be dispatched. Please contact us at sales@sleepbuddy.com.au to arrange payment by any of these methods.
If you choose this option you are still required to complete the online order form and change the payment type to Direct Deposit. Your order will then be placed automatically and you will receive a confirmation email with your order ID number.
Please use your order Invoice number as the reference when depositing the funds and send us an email to confirm you've made payment to sales@sleepbuddy.com.au. Your order will be processed once the funds have cleared into our account. Please note this can take up to 72 hours during business days.
Delivery
Sleep Buddy uses a range of delivery services. Where possible we only use person-to-person delivery services (i.e. where the recipient must sign for the delivery) to ensure orders can be tracked all the way through to delivery. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive and sign for the order during normal business hours.
Fastway Couriers is used for most deliveries. Fastway Couriers will leave notification that they have attempted to deliver with a delivery notification card. Details for redelivery or collection can be found on this card.
Please note;
1. Failed deliveries may incur further charges for redelivery. Sleep Buddy is unable to supply specific times for delivery.
2. Orders sent via Fastway Couriers will not be left unattended unless requested.
3. Orders sent to WA or outside of the Fastway Courier network will be sent via Australia Post.
In the event that the customer (or recipient of a purchase) is unable to receive goods detailed on the order and a the parcel is returned to Sleep Buddy by the courier company, Sleep Buddy reserves the right to charge the customer the full cost of shipment(s) for both the original despatch and any redelivery
Tracking
We keep records of tracking numbers and can supply these on request. Please email us on orders@sleepbuddy.com.au if you need more information about shipping.
