During checkout you will find available the following options for shipping:

Fastway Couriers

  • Flat Rate $7.90 Australia Wide - Metro areas
  • Signature required on Delivery unless authorised otherwise. NO PO BOX’s.

Australia Post Parcel Post 

  • Flat Rate $8.95 Australia Wide

Australia Post Express Post 

  • Flat Rate $12.80
  • Please note, Express Post is guaranteed next day delivery for most metro areas. Please check here to see if your postcode is within the Australia Post Express Post Network Guaranteed Next Day delivery area. If your postcode is not within the Express Post Network - chosing this option will be faster than standard Parcel Post.

Dispatch

Same Day Delivery 

  • Sleep Buddy endeavors to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order, however at times delays may occur, so please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
  • Typically, orders placed prior to 11am are processed and shipped the same day, orders after 11am will be processed the next working day.

The estimated delivery date depends on customer location, and is calculated from the time the Customer receives the 'Order Shipped' email, not from the time the order was placed.

Estimated delivery times for Fastway Couriers

The following are estimates only, and are based on information provided by Australia Post and Fastways couriers:

South East Queensland: 1 to 2 business days for metro areas.

Queensland (excluding SEQ) : 1 to 3 business days 

Sydney and surrounds : 1 to 2 business days

Canberra and surrounds : 2 to 3 business days

Melbourne and surrounds : 2 to 3 business days

Hobart and surrounds : 5 to 7 business days 

Adelaide and surrounds : 2 to 3 business days

Perth and surrounds : 5 to 7 business days

Estimated delivery times for Australia Post

  • Parcel Post: 2 to 5 business days (not including day of posting) please allow 7 to 10 business days for metro areas
  • Express Post: Guaranteed Next Day (Within Express Post Network) Express post - 2 to 4 business days for metro areas
  • Remote ares shoud allow an additional 3 business days to Australi Post Parcel and Express post times

International 

  • Please allow 6 to 15 business days (not including day of Posting)
  • Contact us for quote if required

Tracking

Once orders are processed, tracking details are provided to customers via email for all parcels. 

Terms & Conditions

The delivery dates are estimates only. Sleep Buddy will do all that it can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this to always be possible. Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable national service, delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons.

Sleep Buddy will use its best endeavors to deliver the Goods to the Customer's nominated delivery address within the time period specified however Sleep Buddy will not be liable to the Customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.

The delivery dates noted above are estimated guidlines and are based on information provided by Australia Post and Fastways Couriers. Delivery times commence from date of "order shipped" not from the time the Order was placed. 

If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please note as per Australia Post guidlelines, we are unable to investigate delayed orders until 10 business from receipt of 'order shipped' email. If your package has not arrived after this time frame please free to contact us at admin@earstore.com.au for assistance or contact relevant freight provider directly. 

Please ensure correct delivery address is provided as parcels returned to Sleep Buddy as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee and will be sent back out as regular mail, additionally freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Australia post does not require a signature for delivery unless otherwise specified. Customers not in attendance when an order is delivered may find their parcel left at the residence in a safe spot i.e. letterbox or will receive a card with information on collection of the order. Australia Post does not redeliver items that have been transferred to a local post office for collection.

Special instructions can be left for delivery of your order during checkout, Sleep Buddy takes no responsibility in the case that these instructions are not followed.

If the customer leaves specific shipping instructions for a parcel to be left at a property then the parcel is left at the customer’s own risk. Sleep Buddy accepts no responsibility or damage or loss of parcels that have been left as per the shipping instructions.

Subject to Sleep Buddy's return policy, Sleep Buddy will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all Orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged Goods or missing Orders.

Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods to the Customer's nominated delivery address. Anyone at the Customer's nominated delivery address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Sleep Buddy to be authorised to receive the Goods.
